im also 18 and have had many panick attacks in the last year. im just coming to terms wi them.my symptoms are waves/rushes of anxiety, chest pains, pins nd needles, my left arm goes funny i also get put off food, i also have it in my head that the doctors are missing something and that im dying. i used to get a numb feeling in my mouth and (according to the doctor's) the pains in my legs, head nd back, are anxiety.i always find it better to concentrate on other things i know its hard i sometimes feel im goin insane their has been many times ive questioned my sanity. does anyone ever feel like that?
