Question:
In my sleep my arms rise up into the air and remain that way for up to an hour. The next day arms are sore and get a radiating pain that causes my arms to hang in pain, it feels as if they fell asleep and feel tingling sensation that is quit painful. My husband says I raise one arm stright up into the air very slowly then very slowly my arm comes down and rest on my forehead. What can be causing this? This has been going on for afew years but just recently or the past year I have been getting this raidiating pain during the day some times up to 7 times a day.
