Follow-Up:
I have them all the time. It started when i wasa kid. I would wake up unable to move. Sometimes with a film over my eyes. It's happened everywhere I've lived. I've been paying attention to the details in the room when I awake. I'm always in the same position laying on my back arms crossed over chest legs together crossed at the foot. This last time I felt the an insane earge to defficate. The time before that I awoke in the sam position with the sheets wrapped around me. Tucked neatly under my body with my arms crossed beneath. I awoke with a lump on my forhead. The most recent time with a lump in the center of my forehead. I'm trying to get over the fear the comes with the paralysis to be more aware during or what else seems to be happening. Sometimes they are accompanied by a sort of subconscious excuse dream which I usually snap out of as soon as i feel the paralyzation starting. I'm going to try some things i read about. I'll keep whoever started this thing posted.... If anyone has any information concerning this sort of thing please post it. Thanks -Someguy-
