Follow-Up:
i just started gettin sleep paralysis and its not like that its simular to that i cant move but i dont hear screaming i hear myself thinking...but no that i think my first sleep paralysis dream i guess u can say i hear people groaning like they were dying and i went to see what it was and i could move untill i took a deep breath then i was able to move agian but now they happen diff..
