i also have these so called sleep paralysis. but i feel its something else, in my culture the shamans tell me that its let me see to best describe it is bascially like the sandman you know the dream god,well anyways i have had these so called sleep paralysis but heres a tip be aware of it like you were totally concious of it and use your mind what i mean is to imagine you were pushing it off or getting up with your mind but when you do tyhis try not to think of tottally using your muscle to get up but to imagine it. i also have these lucid dreams where im caught in the waking state and the dream state and am studying it for 4 1/2 years now and i found having more info on it the better and totry and tape into your innerself...one of the ways is to read up on eastern mysticism etc... and get into your spritual side. well if you have any question and if i can help in anyway please writes back to me. well...good luck in your journey.
