Hi there... I have thoughts to all this sleep "paralysis"... perhaps it's just a dream state and nothing else. You're "dreaming" you can't move. You're "dreaming" there's a "pressence." You're "dreaming" you're "awake" in your room. How about not being able to move and not being able to call out to your spouse? --Also a dream? I think it is. It's frightening when it happens, but maybe it's just another nightmare. I think it's all a dream and not "paralysis" at all. My fascination is with first going to bed and, with my eyes closed, I begin to watch "visuals" and graphics. Sometimes there's light in my vision. Usually from just out of range laft or right. Just enough to "light up" the vision, if you will. Other times I see a funnel or tunnel and perfect straight or circular gridded graphics around it or at the center. Another time I watched, in the brown darkness of my closed eyes, small objects spinning and falling towards me. After a bit I realized they were tables and chairs! --haha! --Jeez! Still another time there was the first live visual... it was as if I was looking out the passenger window of a car and watching the tops of houses go by.. or a faint black and white shot of many people in a street walking by me or in front of me, as in an old film. Both visuals were in the bottom right of the visual range. --It's fun, but what the heck IS all this? I still say it's a dream state, but I wonder if I'm run down or something.
