Zoloft is supposed to help in the same way that Paxil does. My daughter weaned off of the Paxil and tried Clarocet and she is like a new person. It is like someone gave me my daughter back. What a drastic change for the better. She is really doing good on it. Just type in the name Clarocet and do a search on it and you will pull up the websites with the info for it. Connie ykwcg@aol.com
