Ive been having this go on for ten years since i was 16. I get everything from obe, paralysis, and strange sexual experiences! I read it could be triggered by taking ectasy, which i did when i was younger but its definately inherited as my sister, dad, step brother, auntie, all get related experiences, none as bad as me though!. Infact my auntie is really physcic,( Im really very phsycic if im on drugs which i havent done now for over 5 years.) strange ufo/spiritual things happen to my brother and my great grandma was a succesfull medium! But were not freaks honestly! My first attack started when i fell asleep on a freinds couch and i got paralised and couldnt move. i tried to get across the floor to turn the radio on to get there attention in the other room. I'd manage with diffuculty to crawl(float)across the floor and everytime i tried as i got nearer id be pulled back like on elastic and id be back in my body, paralised again,my head buzzing and pulling me down. Since then theyve been getting worse.Im not so bothered about the obe its just the paralsed feeling with the death noises(vibrational frequency sounds as you move through to a different plane, /level) as there refered too in a book i read. I can be stuck in them for a really long time now and its ok if theres someone in bed with me as they can hear me mummering 'wake me up' and they do after shaking me for sometime!.But as I live on my own i can be stuck for a lifetime and even when i do wake up, its still trying to drag me back down and im so exhausted and weak from fighting it, it usually gets me again and ill be in it for an even longer period. Ive got up and walked round the house but its still there. One time when id been drinking beer and red wine it lasted all day! I couldnt sit down and relax just in case it took hold of me again. I could feel it in my head like a fuzzy, heavey vibration reaching down my chest, my body so weak and floppy. It was really bad and now i dont drink alcohol much anymore now as I can never be sure when these attacks may strike.It feels like (and im sure it is)my whole soul is being dragged down out of my body, if i relax the intense buzz noise gets louder and my heart rate slows right down and starts plunging around. My sister says just relax but i cant, im too scared.She gets on the cieling and can look down and see herself! But she doesnt have the same horrible intensness as i do. But there is a bonus to all this! I also have these amazing sexual events that happen. One type that happens is im in total control of my dream and do some really dirty sexual stuff, mainly with people i wouldnt go near in real life.I know im dreaming i always check that i am, before i get filthy with someone i know! When i first had my orgasim i woke up a bit astonished, but now i can stay in the dream when im having them.Its wierd its so intense and you can actually feel the man enter you and moving up and down.Another type of sexual dream i have is a bit more bizare and freaky. It doesnt happen as often, it feels like there really is someone on you, i can feel the wieght of them and i can feel him enter me and make love to me, even more intensly. I can feel his presence and im aware that there is someone in spirit form on top of me.This is so much more real than the other, my eyes can open and i can see my room and the force on top of me which i can only describe as a presence!I cant move but i dont want too and i dont feel threatened in anyway.It feels like a strange connection.I always orgasim. Is this me hallucinating or is it really a spirit? Am I tring to be abducted or am i going to have an obe experience when i have my sleep paralysis? And someone please tell me that i wont die if i lose the battle of fighting that dragged away feeling in paralysis.Because im getting weaker and its getting stonger each time. thanks
