I've benn experiencing Sleep Paralysis since I was a young child. Since then, I’ve spent much time researching this experience since it was, at times, very frightening and it seemed that most people I knew had never experienced it. I then found that SP is commonly reported in Out of the body experiences. Now, in my adult years, I've developed techniques that allow me to shift from the Sleep Paralysis state into a fully conscious Out of the body experience. At this point in my life, I feel that my ability to transcend the mystery of sleep, has allowed me to rid myself of many false beliefs that were programmed into me since I was a child. I’ve reached the pinnacle of my life experiences and no longer have any fear of this concept called death. Before I was married, I was spending about 5 days a week exploring other realms (mainly during the early morning hours. But now, due to my current job I haven’t been able to devote adequate time to fully research these other realms of consciousness but I intend on changing this soon.
