Follow-Up:
hi ive had panick attacks for some years now ,at first i didnt know what thay were and did run from shops ect the urgency to get home was so strong.im now agraphobic and get out very little , i just want you all to know fight it dont run and hide tell family and friends about it you will be surprised how many people will understand and help you get over an attack when you are out , get them to chat to you dont think about the panick ive found looking around you take your mind of the situation by are there flowers.can i smell them, nice garden, what kind of car is that ? and you will find you are calming down but please dont run away it only makes things worse the next time you are in the same place you have run from and then you start avoiding other places and then not going out . ive learnt the hard way and am slowly clawing my way back dont let the panick win ,no matter how you feel at the time stay think of somthing else it will pass you wont die its you doing it to you !so change your way of thinking im fine it will pass .
