Follow-Up:
This happened to me last night for the first and I hope only time. It woke me up. I stood up and walked around for a minute and was fine. I thought maybe a vessel had ruptured as I had been extremely hot and flushed most of the day I think from the steroid dose pack I was taking. Scary.
