Follow-Up:
I was here looking for answers also for my mom. She is 86 years old and having burning lips and mouth but has not mentioned chapping. The doctors don't seem to have any answers but sent her to a dentist. He said she was dehydrated but you all seem to be drinking plenty of water and it hasn't helped you. She also get heartburn along with the other and Aciphex has stopped helping her now so I'm getting worried. If anyone does find an answer that helps I hope you will post it. Thank you
