Follow-Up:

In September of 1999, I became severly depressed. I would wake up, cry, eat breakfast, cry. I didn't enjoy anything, even my genealogy, which I love. Fortunately, I was already seeing a counselor and I told him of my symptoms. He suggested talking to my sister, who's a psycharist. She put me on Zoloft, which took weeks to work. I told my counselor the Zoloft wasn't working for me, so he sent me to a different shrink. He prescribed Effexor XR for me, and wow! that made a huge difference. I came out of my depression within a week! There is help out there for you. Go see a shrink and have him or her prescribe an antidepressant for u. If you can't afford a shrink, go to see what the city or county has. The sooner, the better.
