Follow-Up:
I recall reading on the old biosleep board where people often said that their BMS lessened when they had colds. I believe the general thought was that the cold medicine might be helping. Long ago, a doctor prescribing Klonopin and another med for me said that I should not take cold medicines, except for Sudafed. I have followed that advice and have always felt that my BMS was worse when I had a cold. Perhaps it is caused by havin my mouth open more to breathe. Anyway, I awakened, in the early hours of the morning, today, and found that I had a cold and my tongue was really bothering me. Have any of you not taken cold medications and found this same occurrence? Bev, it is nice to see you on this board. I hope that others will find it and use. Happy New Year to all who happen to read!
