Follow-Up:
I guess there is not much to talk about because things with bms don't change that fast. Tor on go4hope is having a bad time with gerd. He has burning really bad. I think it is from taking to high a dose of ALA. I was taking it in small doses with days off in between. I was taking about 250mgs a day and that was almost all that I could handle without it starting to burn. The days rest between doses help. There really isn't much change to report so I will check in later and hope that all of you are doing better.
