Follow-Up:
Barbara I have had bms for 6 yrs now. I have had some fillings removed but still have metal crowns on my upper teeth. I have heard that you can have a allergy to the different metals in your mouth, especially if you have gold crowns with the other metals. For my information I would like to know if you have any metal crowns mixed with any gold crowns which can cause a galvanic interaction. I think that is what is going on with me. Since I have had some of my fillings removed carefully I noticed some changes in some symptoms I use to have such as knee pain is gone and fatigue and weakness that I use to have, but the bms has also changed. I can feel something going on with my upper teeth and my tongue feels sometimes more sore. I am preparing to have the rest of my metal taken out and I am hoping that this will relieve that soreness on my tongue, and maybe get rid of some allergies that I have been experiencing since getting this dreadful thing. I would appreciate hearing from others if they have any metal in their mouths so I can get an idea if the dental thing is what is causing my problem and maybe even others. Thanks!
