Hello i am new to this but maybe someone can help me I take Cloanzpam to help me sleep but i just called my doctor to see if i can take one during the Day. i have Arthristis very bad and in pain and it lives depresstion and when i get stress out from friends telling me i am lazy i just cry like a baby. i am have mack depression and its hard for me to live with arthrisist sence i was 12 years old and depression sence my 20's...do you think it may help to take one pill in the morning...its a low dose. i hope my arthristis doctor lets me.
