Follow-Up:
I took it last night at 100mg. Too much. Paranoid, overreact and shaky today. These drugs all have side effects. I'm using this to get off Ambien, but this is just as bad. Maybe the natural stuff will work for her 'cause her chemistry hasn't been messed with.
