Follow-Up:
in 94 i went to the doctors with tonsilitis and she prescribed me penecillin 2000mg per day.i started taking the medication having true faith in the doctor.little did i know i was allergic,my sister wrang her up and she told her to tell me to keep taking the medication,which i did. Straight away i had violent diarrhoea and hot flushes up my arms and down my legs a dry mouth and shortness of breath. wrang the doctor back and said stop taking the tablets its them. cutting a long story short the medical records suddenly was lost and there was no sign of the tablets ever being suscribed to me.i had i burning all over my body i changed doctors and he prescribed me lorazapan(ativan)this took the heat away while i was taking them 19 years down the line i still am taking the tablets but occasionally get the burning down my arms legs soles of my feetand in my stomach.does anyone know the real cause of this, It has stopped my life really. the doctor has changed now and has sent me to a clinic for drug abbuse........(what...i am the victim here..) they just today have cut me .5mg of lorazapan i know when they completely take me off them the main problem will come back. does anyone know the cause of the burning i havent really found anyone with this same dissorder. please could you try and help if you know...many thanks margaret
