Follow-Up:

Jean, you can contact: he VP Foundation, PO Drawer 177, 203 1/2 North Main Street, Suite 203, Graham, NC 27253. Telephone: (919)226-0704 (Tuesdays and Thursdays). Facsimile: (910)226-8518. This organization is mainly for women with vulvar burning. However, some have BMS and fibromyalgia as secondary symptoms. In the cookbook, there are lists of foods and drinks in the high, medium and low oxalate ranges. I mainly try to stay away from those in the high category and limit the medium ones. For awhile, I have been taking glucosamine supplements. However, this past winter, I began taking the Flex-a-min brand. My fibromyalgia pain has definitely lessened, so I am guessing that the supplement has helped. The BMS has not been affected. Of course, any improvement is something about which to cheer! Good luck to you.
