Follow-Up:
Is anyone familiar with MDS? A friend has just been told he has a very low white blood count and he may have this. I don't know what it is. He will be seeing a specialist but I want to find out as much as I can about this disease so when I speak with his family (purely in a supportive role-they are close family friends) I can speak knowledgably about this. Any information or resources would be appreciated.
