Follow-Up:
I have been experiencing the same thing ever since I stopped working as an electrical superintendent, it may have started happening before I stopped working. When I am almost asleep or just dozing off I will feel a massive electric jolt and wake suddenly with all the physical symptoms except for a burn mark. It happened allot when I first stopped working it happens very rarely now but it never happened every night for more than 3 or 4 days in a row. I assumed it was a nightmare or something caused by the extreme stress of the job (it took nearly 2 years to get over the stress).
