I was diagnosed over a year ago, but have had symptoms for over 10 years. What you described is exactly like some of the symptoms that I've had. Look at www.behcets.com, or just type Behcets in your address bar. A list of sites will come up. ABDA and Behcets Support Organization have a list of symptoms. Since there's no specific test, you just have to have a certain number of the symptoms to be diagnosed. You should see an immunologist ASAP. Some of the symptoms are really serious and if you don't look for them, you won't know that they're there until you suffer from them noticably. If you have any questions, you can email me if you want. I've been looking up info for a pretty good while, but even my doctor, yesterday, said "I really don't know what to do. You decide the next step." And get a bone density test. I've only taken prednisone for two years and it's already had quite an effect on my bones. I hope you're okay.
