If you go to a website called "Women's Health America" and they are also called "Madison Pharmacy", they will recommend a doctor in your area that will prescribe NATURAL progesterone. It is very safe, and they give you case workers to answer your questions at any time. They send it to you in the mail whereever you live. My brother in law is a doctor, and has had me on this for years, and it has been a godsend. I was having HORRIBLE perimenopause symptoms, and the WORST hot flashes for years. He finally got me on this, and has helped me more than any doctor I've ever been to. He is a regular internal medicine doctor, but also believes in alternative therapy. He is located in Wisconsin and has an amazing clinic. I'll put the link to his clinic below, but you can try looking up Women's Health America, too. Good luck. I know how rough it is.
