Follow-Up:
I'm replying with no answer, but to say I'm going thru the same exact thing and no one in my family has this. Out of the blue I woke up to my lips feeling tight,then they felt dry and itchy. After a week or so it went away and I thought it was a vitamin deficiency. A month later it came back. I then narrowed it down to the stay-put lipstick I was wearing, because the last time it happened I wore the same stuff. Now it's back and it's not letting up, I have no other symptoms. I talked with my dentist and he said it was unlikely it could be from any procedure I've had. I had hysterectomy 2 years ago, I'm 45 and now I'm getting ready to ask my GYN doc if he has any answers. Let me know if you or anyone out can find an answer.
