Follow-Up:
I to have been having these awful sores as well. To me the only way to describe them is that they are like little zits on my tongue. I tend to get several of them at a time. After a day or two I can't stand the pain any more and I ususaly try to bite it off with my teeth. It seems like the only thing I can do to get rid of them. It hurts for a minute but then it is gone. The hardest part is getting the nerve to do it. I have no idea why I get them, but ususaly when I get them I also get mouth ulcers as well. I wish someone could just tell me what is causing them. I just know once I get one, there are going to be more to come. They sort of seem like they come in streaks.
