Follow-Up:
I am 55 years old and since April of this year I have been having a problem with my tongue. I have had two episodes of swelling and followed by burning and sores. When my teeth touch it, boy does it hurt. I am looking for any help I can get. I have been told that it might have been an allergie reaction, but It has happened 12 hours after eating, which doesn't add up. I also have experienced burning on the sides of the tongue. I have done some reading and found out it could be hormonal. I am going to go for more tests next week.
