Follow-Up:
I have had the salty/sour taste for over 18 mths now - Recently in the past 3 mths it has subsided a lot up to what it had been. I started taking probiotics and things seemed to improve greatly - on some days I have not even got it - So I think this is either a stomach flora thing or a virus that wuill in time burn itself out. I do sympathise with all who haveb this - Please chew gum to kep the mouth clean and increase saliva and mask the taste also - it does help keep you sane
