Follow-Up:
I have had chapped/dry/severly red lips for the past 5 months now. I've tried everything, aquaphor, hydrocortizone, vasaline, and multiple other lip balms, but nothing has worked. The redness is what really frustrates me, but I think the redness is due to the lips being chapped. If anybody has any cures or remedies could you please email me, or put up a new post. Thanks
