You won't be able to find anything about Adderall being for weight loss because it is an amphetamine derivative. You can lose weight taking this medicine. I am currently on it. I was on Dexadrine in the past for ADHD and it really worked wonders for my hyperactivity, but I also managed to lose 50lbs in 4 months. I also want to mention that I was actively jogging every other day to help manage my weight. The best thing to do while you are on this medicine is to watch what you eat, exercise at least every other day, and drink tons of water to help your kidneys and liver process the medication. The medication will give you and added boost of energy if you don't have ADHD (in a person with it, it calms them down)and it will kill you appetite. I am hoping that this was helpful. Let me know if it works for you.
