CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS

The
Litebook Company is dedicated to advancing the field of light therapy by
supporting research in novel applications of its LED-based light devices. The Litebook Board of Directors is
therefore pleased to call for submissions for the 4th Annual Litebook
Research Grant, to be awarded to fund research using Litebook light therapy
devices in a new or emerging area of light therapy.
The 2008 grant
has been increased to US$50,000 and will be awarded at the Society for Light Treatment
& Biological Rhythms (SLTBR) meeting, scheduled this year in Vancouver,
Canada (June 26-28).
This
competition is open to any light therapy researcher or research group currently
employed at an accredited university or institution worldwide.
Interested parties
are invited to complete the attached application form and submit, along with
all required supporting documentation, to The Litebook Company Ltd. Attn: Larry Pederson, by mail or courier to
the address above no later than the Submission Deadline –
April 30, 2008. Faxed or emailed applications will not
be accepted.
Submissions
will be reviewed by the Litebook Grant Scientific Review Committee, which will
make a recommendation for funding to the Board of Directors of The Litebook
Company Ltd. by May 30, 2008.

The
Litebook Research Grant is an unrestricted grant and is intended to further
research in light therapy using Litebook light therapy devices.
